Main work
External insulation is the system on the masonry: preparation, insulation boards, base coat with mesh and final render. It is not one skim coat to close the facade.
It is PaintPro’s main work. We do it in stages, because without preparation or mesh the finish will not last as long as it looks on day one.
Who it is for
It suits buildings that need protection outside, not only a refresh. We look at the specific house, not a photo.
In winter heat leaves through the walls; in summer the facade holds heat. External insulation works on that shell.
Colour on top does not fix a facade that is already failing. First we see what holds and what must go.
When the house changes, the facade is the moment to do the system properly, not slap on colour to look finished.

Why this approach
The price of external insulation alone does not say what will stay on the wall. The stages do.
Boards cut heat flow through the wall. The house does not change because the shade changed.
Sun, rain and damp hit the finish first. A proper system protects the substrate; it does not leave it exposed.
The base coat with mesh ties the surface together. Without it, wall movement draws lines again.
Render shows the facade. Underneath must be the sequence that holds it.
